10歳よりバレエを始める。
バレリーナになるつもりが、裸足で踊る自由に目覚めてしまい、以降、二見一幸、橘ちあ、太田ゆかり、森下真樹振付作品や夏木マリ印象派など出演。河村美雪の「音の海」や詩人、野村喜和男や生野毅らとのセッションなど実験的なパフォーマンスも試みる。
横浜ダンスコレクションやSeoul International Choreography Festivalのファイナリストに選出されるなど国内外のフェスティバルにも多数出演している。
心がからだを揺さぶり、からだが思考を突き抜ける。そんなしなやかな身体を目指し日々こころまう舞を舞う。

A dancer and a choreographer, graduated from Japan Women's College of Physical Education, worked with choreographers such as Maki Morishita,Yukari Ota, Ryohe Kondo and Mari Natsuki.
She is  one of the finalist for Yokohama Dance Collection and Seoul International Choreography  festival.

The mind shakes the body, and the body pierces through the thoughts. Aim for such a supple body.
